CX PROGRAM MATURITY ASSESSMENT
How mature is your CX program, really?
Most CX programs look stronger from the inside than they actually are. This assessment scores your program across five operational dimensions and tells you exactly where the gaps are, and where to start.

Most CX leaders have surveys, dashboards, and a dedicated team. What they often don't have is a clear answer to the question leadership always asks: what is this program actually worth to the business?
This assessment was built to answer that question, not with a generic maturity framework, but with a scored breakdown of your program across the five areas that determine whether CX drives outcomes or just generates reports.
What we evaluate
What actually makes up your score
Some areas count more toward the final number than others.
Whether CX has the executive ownership and organizational authority to drive real change.
Whether your program captures not just how customers feel, but why, across every touchpoint.
Whether complaints are resolved individually and whether recurring issues get fixed at the root.
Whether your teams are aligned around the end-to-end customer experience, not just their own slice of it.
Whether CX performance is connected to revenue, churn, and the metrics that move budgets.

FAQs
How long is this going to take me? +
Fifteen questions, and most people are done in about five minutes. Results show up on screen the second you finish, nothing to wait on.
What's the catch? +
There isn't one. No card on file, no follow-up call required to unlock your score. You answer the questions, you get the results.
What do I walk away with? +
A score out of 100, a maturity label (Foundational, Building, Scaling, or Leading), and a radar chart showing where each of the five areas landed. Whatever's weakest gets called out first, along with what that gap usually means. We email you a copy too, so it doesn't just live in a browser tab you'll lose.
What are the five areas, and why those five? +
Governance and sponsorship, listening and feedback collection, closing the loop, journey management, and financial linkage. They're not weighted evenly. Closing the loop counts for more than any of the others, because that's usually where good intentions go to die.
Will I see how I compare to other companies? +
No, and that's on purpose. This gives you your own number, not a leaderboard. Ranking yourself against companies with a different budget, different headcount, different everything usually just distracts from what's actually worth fixing.
Who is this built for, and who should skip it? +
CX leaders, VoC managers, insights and research directors, and CS leadership already running a program, or trying to get one off the ground. If you're still deciding whether CX is worth investing in at all, this won't help. That's a different conversation.
